Mark Harbin serves as Senior Implementation Consultant at Locus Technologies, where he specializes in refrigerant management and regulatory compliance. As the company’s subject matter expert, Mark contributes to the development of Locus Refrigerant Management software and guides clients through successful implementation of environmental and sustainability solutions. He also leads the Certified Refrigerant Compliance Manager (CRCM) training program in partnership with the National Registry of Environmental Professionals (NREP) and is a recognized author and speaker on ozone-depleting substances and high global warming potential (GWP) refrigerants.
With more than 14 years of experience in the commercial and industrial HVAC sector, Mark has managed numerous energy retrofit and refrigerant conversion projects nationwide. Transitioning into refrigerant management consulting and product development for the last 25 years, he now focuses on training and certification for organizations across all industries. Mark holds a business degree from Arizona State University and maintains multiple professional credentials, including Licensed HVAC Contractor (Arizona), EPA Universal Technician, Certified Environmental Auditor (CEA), Certified Environmental and Safety Compliance Officer (CESCO), and CRCM through NREP.
