  3. Registration and Accounts

    NREP reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

  4. Payments and Fees

    All payments for courses, webinars, or continuing education credits must be made through the approved payment portal on the Website.

    All fees are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and may change without prior notice. Once accessed, all sales are final unless a course is cancelled by NREP or in the case of verified technical failure.

  5. Continuing Education Credits

    Participants may receive CEUs or PDHs as outlined per course. Credits are contingent upon full participation, completion of requirements, and compliance with course policies.

  6. Intellectual Property Rights

    All course materials, content, and resources are the intellectual property of NREP or its partners. Reproduction or sharing without written consent is prohibited.

  7. Conduct and Participation

    Participants must maintain professionalism and respect during all NREP sessions. Any inappropriate conduct or unauthorized recording may result in removal or account suspension.

  8. Technical Requirements

    Participants are responsible for ensuring proper internet connectivity and compatible devices. NREP is not liable for issues caused by user equipment or service interruptions.

  9. Disclaimer of Warranties

    All content and services are provided “as is.” NREP makes no guarantees regarding uninterrupted access or the acceptance of credits by third-party institutions.

  10. Limitation of Liability

    NREP shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to access the Website or courses.

  11. Privacy

    All user information is handled per NREP’s Privacy Policy. By using the Website, users consent to NREP’s collection and use of their information for course management and certification records.
